Assuming you have a Canva account and have already created your newsletter, open the newsletter in Canva and click the “Share” button in the top right-hand corner of the editor. A pop-up box will appear. In the “Embed” tab, copy the code provided. Next, open your email account and compose a new email.
Paste the code you copied from Canva into the body of your email. If you want to style your text, use HTML tags. For example, to make text bold, use the < b > tag. To underline text, use the < u > tag. To create a new paragraph, use the < p > tag.
Canva makes it easy to embed your newsletter into an email. Simply open your newsletter in Canva and click on the “Share” button in the top right-hand corner of the editor.
A pop-up box will appear with an “Embed” tab. Copy the code provided and paste it into your email account’s compose window. You can style your text using HTML tags like < b >, < u >, and < p >.
PRO TIP: When embedding a Canva newsletter into an email, be sure to use the HTML code provided by Canva. Some email clients may not display the newsletter properly if you use other code.
